메인보드 뒤편에 시리얼 넘버가 있는데, 위의 넘버는 제조사(바이오스타)의 시리얼 넘버로 보이고 아래의 시리얼은 유통사의 시리얼 넘버입니다. 유통사가 제조사의 시리얼 넘버를 참고해서, 약간 변형해서 제공되네요. Biostart의 약자 B로 시작되는 부분입니다. 제조사는 2023년 = 3으로 표기한 거 같고요. 유통사는 3=> 23으로 좀 더 정확하게 표기를 변경한 거 같습니다. 23년 28주차에 생산된 제품이고 뒤편에는 생산된 순번으로 보입니다.
(바이오스타 유통사 중 하나) 이엠텍 홈페이지에서 시리얼 넘버로 이엠텍 유통된 메인보드의 시리얼 조회를 해볼 수 있다고 하는데, 위의 시리얼로는 검색이 안 되네요. 전산 등록이 제대로 안 됐을 수도 있으니, 전화해서 물어봐야 합니다.
2022년 11월 01일에 입고된 컴퓨터의 파워서플라이입니다. 전원이 안 켜지는 증상으로 입고된 컴퓨터입니다. 파워서플라이 불량입니다. A/S를 교체받아서 장착하는 방법과 신품 파워로 교체하는 방법이 있는데, 바로 사용해야 하는 컴퓨터라서 신품으로 교체해서 출고했습니다. 고장 난 파워서플라이는 폐기 요청을 받았고 A/S 기간이 남았기 때문에 서비스센터에서 접수해서 교체받았습니다.

받자마자 교체하고 발송해줘서 서비스는 굉장히 빠르게 받아볼 수 있었습니다. 아직 테스트까지는 해보질 않았지만 잘 동작될 것으로 생각합니다.

접수증 양식은 별도로 없지만, 기본적인 정보는 적어두는 게 일처리를 빠르게 받아보실 수 있습니다. 그리고 증상이 애매한 경우에는 아무래도 증상이 확실한 경우(안 켜짐)가 아니면 테스트 시간이 길어지니깐 시간이 조금 더 걸릴 수는 있지 않을까 싶습니다. (파워 문제가 아닌데, 의심스러워서 보냈다면, 본인 컴퓨터에서 나타나는 증상이 서비스센터에서는 나타나지 않을 수 있으니 아무리 장시간 점검해 봐도 이상이 없다고 판별하고 제품을 돌려받을 수밖에 없겠죠? 특정한 부속이랑 호환성 (궁합) 문제가 있을 수 있으니 증상이 애매할 경우에는 컴퓨터 사양도 같이 적어두면 서비스센터에서 수리하는 사람 입장에서 도움 되지 않을까 싶네요. 그냥 제 사견입니다.)
신품을 뜯어서 조립했는데, 팬소음이 있어서 A/S를 보냈습니다. 로젠택배 홈페이지에서 접수 후 발송했습니다. 초기 불량은 구입한 지 30일 이내는 제조사에서 부담한다고 하네요. (로젠택배만 가능/편의점 택배 제외) 30일이 지나면, 반반 부담입니다. 벌크로 구입한 제품이라서, 원래 박스는 없고 다른 컴퓨터 파워 박스로 보냈습니다. 문제가 있는 파워지만, 그래도 뽁뽁이 포장을 잘해서 보냈습니다. 그리고 안에 간단한 인적사항과 증상을 출력해서 입고했습니다.

아래는 컴퓨터 옆면에 붙은 컴퓨터 조립 사양표입니다. 여기에 정확한 모델명이 표시되면 좋은데, 파워서플라이의 모델명은 없었는데요. 소비자를 믿고 처리해주신 거 같습니다. (이렇게 모델명 기재가 안 된 상태라면 안 해주는 게 일반적입니다. 웹사이트에서 컴퓨터를 주문하셨다면, 웹사이트 주문 내역을 출력해서 구매일자를 인증하시면 좋을 거 같네요.)
케이스 옆면에 조립 컴퓨터 사양표가 있어서 같이 첨부해서 보냈습니다. 2년 보증되는 제품인데, 2021년 09월에 구입한 컴퓨터라서 2년 이내에 포함돼서 A/S 받을 수 있었습니다.
AONE STORM 600LF 제품인데요. 홈페이지 A/S 약관에는 무상 3년 / 유상 2년으로 적혀있는데, 제품 판매 페이지에는 반대로 적혀있네요. 무상 2년 / 유상 3년 => 다시 확인해보니깐, 제품 상세 모델명이 다르네요. 600LF Single Rail 제품이 있고, 600LF A-PFC라는 제품도 있고 그냥 600LF라는 제품도 있네요. => 모델명은 이렇게 헷갈리게 정하면, 소비자나 판매자도 헷갈리기 때문에 개인적으로는 좋아하지 않습니다. 제품 구분이 잘 되도록 개별 모델명을 쓰는 게 좋지 않을까 싶네요.
아래는 홈페이지의 A/S 약관 중에서 제품별로 A/S 기간입니다. STORM 시리즈 모델마다 A/S 기간이 다릅니다. 같은 모델이 여러개 있을 것으로 생각하기가 쉽지 않으니깐, 600LF 제품이라서 A/S 기간이 헷갈렸네요. 제가 A/S 받은 600LF 제품은 두번째 줄의 STORM 시리즈로 보입니다.
요즘은 컴퓨터(PC, 노트북)에 내장 시디롬이 거의 없습니다. 케이스 자체가 시디롬 장착할 수 있는 케이스가 적어졌어요. 대부분이 전면 베젤에 3팬을 달아서 나오고 시디롬을 달 수 있는 공간이 없습니다. 일부 사무용 케이스에서 시디롬을 달 수 있는 공간이 있는 케이스가 소수있습니다.
그래서, 내장 시디롬 대신 USB 시디롬을 많이 활용하는 편입니다. 아래와 같이 USB 형태로 꽂아서 사용할 수 있는 USB형 외장 시디롬이 있습니다. 어린이 학습지나 병원 CT 복사본 CD, 결혼식, 돌잔치, 성장 앨범 촬영 사진 등 아직도 USB대신 시디로 제공되기 때문에 시디롬이 필요하기는 합니다.
하나 구입하면, 컴퓨터는 물론, 노트북에서도 사용 가능해서, 필요할 때 원하는 장치에 연결해서 사용 가능합니다.

접수 증상은 제목처럼, 바탕화면에서 여러개의 아이콘이 동시에 클릭되는 증상이 있다는 컴퓨터입니다. 근데, 저희 매장에서는 테스트 해봐도 정상적으로 동작되네요. 제 생각에는 키보드의 문제가 있을 수 있습니다. 키보드를 같이 가져오셔야 테스트가 가능합니다. 교체 가능한 키보드가 있으면 교체를 해보시라고 권해드렸네요. 대체할 키보드가 없으시면, 컴퓨터 본체 + 키보드를 같이 입고하시면 테스트가 가능합니다.
컴퓨터 수리하다보면, 허리를 많이 숙여서 작업할 경우가 많은데요. 허리를 조금 덜 숙일 수 있도록 작업대의 높이를 올려봤습니다. 움직이는 책상을 구입하려면, 비용이 많이 드는데요. 이렇게 박스를 놔서 임의로 높이를 조정해서 사용해도 스탠드 책상과 동일한 효과를 볼 수 있습니다.심지어, 서랍장을 만들 수도 있기 때문에 여분의 정리할 수 있는 공간을 만들 수도 있습니다. (모니터 받침대 2개를 붙으니, 가운데 드라이버를 놓을 수 있는 추가 공간이 생겼습니다.)
Usually, the height of a desk is almost constant. There are many products that are about 70 cm tall. There are desks that move up and down, but they are quite expensive. When fixing a computer, if the desk is low, the computer will be repaired in a bent position by bending down a lot, but the posture of bending down is not good for the disk. (It's worse to sit in the wrong position for a long time.) To ease the burden on my back by repairing the computer, I have installed a monitor box on the worktable as below.
The height of the box has not increased that much, but if you put the computer body on top of it, you can work with your waist down less, so it's easier to work with less pressure on your waist. The monitor box was also filled with a small box (power supply bin box) to withstand the weight of the computer.

Below is the main repair workstation, and I bought two two two-tier monitor stands and use them with box tape. It's nice to have a drawer in the middle, so there's a place to store drivers and frequently used tools. It's a place to put up the computer, so I've also installed cushions to prevent shocks and scratches.
I'm using two two-stage monitor pedestals as one. The cushion above was folded and laid in half with a foot washing pad.
In computer repair, there are many cases where you have to bend your back to repair it, but the more you bend your back, the more pressure it puts on the disk, so I slightly raised the repair table. Even though it was shipped from China, the product was wooden, so it arrived safely without being damaged. The wood material seems to be MDF plywood. It's cheap, so I'm satisfied with this. If you need wall-mounted plywood, I think you can order a monitor stand.
The quality is better than I thought.
There was a lot of dust on the product, so I wiped it off with a wet tissue.

I'm assembling a monitor pedestal. It's easy to assemble with a screwdriver. I've already drilled all the screw holes.

The two monitor supports were taped together with scotch tape. You can buy a flat-head hinge and screw it in, but it's a coated surface, so the adhesion of the box tape is wonderful.
I applied it with scotch tape and attached two tables. The surface is smooth, so it sticks well and does not come off well.
I also put a scratch-resistant mat on the table. If I have a soft sponge cushion, I'm thinking of replacing it later. It's a space for my computer to be put on, so I'd like an elastic floor. (Something like a soft foot mat on the desk.)
