윈도우 재설치하기 전에 메인보드에서 RAM 용량과 SSD 모델명을 확인하고 있습니다. 이 제품은 i3 CPU가 장착된 제품이라서, 위와 같이 RAM, SSD 업그레이드하면, 사무용 정도로 사용이 가능할 사양입니다. 셀로론, 팬티엄 CPU가 장착된 일체형 컴퓨터는 업그레이드해도 느리기 때문에 업그레이드는 권장하지 않습니다. 컴퓨터를 새로 구입하시는 편이 낫습니다. 이 제품은 게이밍 컴퓨터로 나온 제품은 아니고 사무용도 정도로 생산된 제품이라서 3D 게임 실행은 안 됩니다.

MSI 노트북 신품입니다. 윈도우 설치 대행을 위해서 찾아주셨는데요. 윈도우11 설치 후 업데이트 진행 완료 후 위와 같이 시스템 종료 또는 다시 시작할 때, 위와 같은 화면에서 넘어가질 않고 대기하는 불량 증상이 있었습니다. 무한 대기하는 원인은 못 찾았고 윈도우10으로 재설치 후 출고했습니다. (윈도우11 23H2, 22H2 => 동일 증상이 발생되는 걸 봐서는 윈도우 최신 업데이트 + 소프트웨어적인 문제-오류-버그로 추정됩니다. KB5034765)
CPU 소켓에 먼지가 들어가면, 빼는 게 쉽지 않습니다. 미세모 칫솔로 털어내는 방법도 있지만, 칫솔 모에 핀이 걸리는 경우에 망하는 경우도 있습니다. 렌즈에 묻은 먼지 털어내는 수동 송풍기의 공기압으로 털어내면 좋습니다.입으로 바람을 불면, 입에 있는 침이 CPU 소켓 안으로 튈 수 있으니, 이런 수동 송풍기로 털어내는 방법이 좋을 거 같습니다.
집에 수동 송풍기가 없을 때, 마른 미세모 칫솔이 CPU 핀 결 방향으로 솔질을 해볼 거 같습니다. 누워 있는 반대 방향으로 솔질하다가 핀이 꺾일 수 있으니, 핀이 누워있는 방향으로 1시 방향에서 7시 방향으로 솔질을 해볼 거 같습니다. CPU 핀에 칫솔 대가리가 닿지 않고 솔만 닿도록 살살~
노트북 뒤판을 분해하면, 아래와 같이 메인보드가 나옵니다. 요즘 LG 그램은 메인보드에 CPU, RAM이 납땜된 경우가 있는데, 이 제품은 그래도 여유 슬롯이 하나 보입니다. 4기가는 메인보드 뒤편에 납땜된 상태가 아닐까 싶네요. (뒤편은 메모리 슬롯을 넣을 공간이 없을 거 같아요. 저도 메인보드를 분해해서 확인해보진 않았습니다. 메모리 업그레이드 여부만 확인했습니다.)
그리고 M.2 SSD를 2개 장착할 수 있도록 공간을 만들어둔 게 보입니다. 메모리를 4기가만 넣어뒀을만큼, SSD 용량도 120기가의 M.2 SSD(SATA)가 장착된 상태입니다. 만약 저장장치를 추가할 계획이라면, 여유있는 슬롯에 추가 SSD를 꽂아서 D드라이브를 만들어서 사용하거나, 새 SSD에 윈도우를 재설치하고 기존 SSD는 포맷해서 D드라이브로 사용하는 게 좋아 보입니다. (기존의 자료를 백업받는 게 우선!)
추가 메모리는 인식이 잘 안 돼서, 여러개의 구형 메모리를 꽂아봤습니다. 그 중에 하나가 인식되네요.
메모리 업그레이드 진행 중
기존의 메인보드에 실장된(납땜된 것으로 추정되는) 4기가 메모리 + 추가한 4기가 메모리 = 총 8기가의 메모리가 인식됐습니다.
모니터 출력포트 근처나 그래픽카드 전원 공급 포트 뒤편 등에 위치한 경우가 많았습니다.원래 박스에 시리얼 넘버가 있더래도, 제품이 박스와 같은 제품인지? 시리얼 넘버가 떨어지면 구분할 수가 없잖아요?
시리얼 넘버가 없어지면, 어디서 유통한 제품인지 확인이 안 되기 때문에 A/S 받기가 어렵습니다.

Fan motion (stop, fan noise) and some malfunctioning graphics cards. Gigabyte graphics cards have a serial number starting with SN attached to the backplate (the back of the graphic card) in the form of a sticker, but this product doesn't have a serial number. I need a serial number to check the distributor = service center and send the warranty, but I don't think the warranty for products without serial numbers or damaged ones as below will be available from the manufacturer (distributor). I'm not sure if it's a product that was distributed through an abnormal distribution process (like bulk CPU).
There is no serial number on the back panel of the graphics card.
There is a barcode on the board that says 4/A4/LG5741 00807 V19005, and I think it would be good to attach two serial numbers as well. If there is a box you received when you bought the product, there is a serial number in the box, but even if there is one box, if the serial number sticker of the product is damaged, it will not be easy to get a warranty. It's hard to confirm that the one box and the product are paired, right? (Because the box can be purchased separately later) It is not guaranteed A/S with the serial number of the product box, but the serial number sticker on the product seems to be an important part of A/S availability.
(The average warranty period) It doesn't matter after 3 years anyway, but if it's within 3 years, we need to take good care of the cereal label so that it doesn't get damaged. In particular, when dusting off with a compressor, if the sticker is damaged with a cleaning air can, or if the cooler and the heat sink are disassembled arbitrarily, it becomes difficult to get free warranty if the seal on the head of the screw is damaged. It is recommended that any failures that occur within the 3-year free warranty period be received by the manufacturer (distributor) and repaired and replaced.
I don't think the barcode on the board is a serial number.
I was wondering where the serial number was attached to the other graphic card, so I checked the broken graphic card.
Below is a graphics card GTX560 that broke a long time ago. Based on the serial number, it's from 2011. It's been over 10 years.

You can see the serial number sticker that starts with SN as below. Seeing that it sticks so well even after 10 years, I don't think the adhesive strength of the sticker is bad in the first place. Old stickers may fall off due to the air pressure of the compressor when removing dust. Even when attaching the sticker for the first time, it will last longer if it is attached on a flat surface instead of on a convex element. (Does the adhesion become weak when pollutants or air enters the adhesive surface of the sticker?)
The adhesive power of the sticker is excellent enough to stick well for more than 10 years.

It's a picture of RTX2070 scooped up. The serial number sticker is located under the auxiliary power connector. The label paper (sticker) is wrinkled, some of it fell off, and it's not in good condition. There are some places where the barcode is blurred. The service center may check the reason why the serial sticker is damaged (wet or substrate corrosion) and reject the warranty. (There is a case where aftersales service is not possible due to corrosion not long ago. No free aftersales service due to gigabyte main board chip corrosion => corrosion is consumer management fault)

The sticker of the RTX2070 is under the auxiliary power of the graphics card. The bottom part does not look like there is much damage to the serial sticker.

I had 2 cases of CS Innovation main board warranty in September 2022. Recently, I was able to get warranty for gigabyte products and MSI main board products. Some older Sata cables may have this kind of terminal decay. If there is a faulty cable connection and it is not recognized at all, it is the best situation among the failures, and if it works or not, there is a problem that you have to look for what is broken. It's simple to know, but if you don't know, you'll have to look for a while to find out. 노트북 뒤판의 나사는 모두 별나사로 조여진 제품인데요. 한 곳에 잘 모아둡니다. 나사 중에 좌측 상단의 나사는 나사산이 부러졌네요.

노트북을 분해하면, 기판의 모습은 흡사 애플처럼 따라서 만드려고 했던 거 같습니다. 메모리 슬롯은 2개, SSD 슬롯도 2개 있습니다.

일단은 40mm M.2 SSD가 정상적으로 인식되는지 확인할 필요가 있어서 SATA 변환 젠더에 연결해서 제 컴퓨터에 연결해 봤습니다. 모든 파일이 정상적으로 뜨고 있기 때문에, 외장하드를 가져오시면, 백업을 받아가실 수도 있고 아니면, 외장하드 케이스를 구입하시면, 외장SSD로 사용하실 수도 있습니다. (SSD의 안정성도 보증되지 않아서 중요한 데이터를 넣지는 않을 거 같습니다.)

1. 접수 증상 : 블루스크린

컴퓨터 켜놓으면 위와 같은 블루스크린이 뜨는 노트북이 입고됐습니다.
2. 점검 결과 : SSD 불량입니다.
IGNIQ M.2 2242 SSD IG-M22232-512 M.2 SSD (B&M KEY, SATA)가 장착된 상태입니다. 요즘은 M.2 SSD SATA규격의 제품은 잘 없어서 요즘 주로 사용하고 있는 NVMe로 호환되나 싶어서 장착해봤는데요. 노트북의 M.2 소켓 안으로 안 들어가네요. B&M키(SATA) M.2 SSD만 장착 가능.
홈페이지나 판매페이지 상에는 NVMe 호환될 것처럼 표기된 페이지가 있던데, 이 모델은 아닌 거 같고위의 제품인 거 같네요.
노트북에 장착된 M.2 SSD
커버를 열면, 추가로 M.2 SSD 슬롯이 있을까 싶어서 분해도 해봤는데, 없습니다. 구리 방열판을 뜯어서 서멀을 다시 바를까 싶어서 열어봤는데, 서멀패드가 붙어있네요. 내부에 팬이 들어갈 공간도 없지만, 팬이 없는 제품이라서, 발열이 문제네요. 사용하실 때, 쿨링 받침대를 받쳐놓고 사용하시라고 권장드렸습니다.
메인보드에도 M.2 SSD 추가 슬롯은 없었습니다.
M.2 SSD는 마지막으로 남은 삼성 860 EVO SATA M.2 500GB 신품으로 교체해서 출고했습니다. 단종된 건지 모르겠지만, 온라인에 올라온 가격이 많이 올랐네요. M.2 SSD SATA 제품 수리가 얼마나 들어올지 모르겠지만, 재고를 가지고 있어야 할 거 같아서 적당한 제품을 찾아보고 있습니다.
