The system has POSTed in sate mode.
This may be due to the previous POST attempt failing because of systme instability,
or if the power button was held in to force the system off.
If the system failed to POST after you made changes to UEFI settings,
you may wish to revert to stable settings to prevent POST failure.

i5-9400F CPU와 RAM 불량으로 정상적으로 부팅이 안되는 컴퓨터였습니다.
위와 같이 부팅이 제대로 안돼서 여러번 재부팅되는 과정에서 메인보드가 경고 메세지를 보내줬네요.
