HP 노트북 분해하기 (15-ak010TX) Disassemble HP Laptop (15-ak010TX)

아래와 같은 불량 증상이 있어서 분해해봤습니다. 캡락 LED가 길게 3번 깜빡이고 짧게 2번 깜빡이는 증상입니다. HP 홈페이지 도움말에서는 메모리 관련 불량이라고 하네요. 메모리 교체 및 재장착해도 문제가 해결되진 않았습니다. 폐기전에 내부 모습을 찍어봤습니다. 

 

노트북을 분해하면, 아래와 같이 생겼습니다. 뭔가 조금 고급스러운 모양새를 갖추고 있네요. CPU가 i7이 장착된 노트북이라서 전력 공급이 원활할 수 있도록 부품을 잘 배치한 모양입니다. 

나사는 한 곳에 잘 모아뒀습니다. 재조립시 위치를 확인하기 위해서 동일한 위치에 놨습니다. 

노트북의 내부 모습입니다. 쿨러는 정상적으로 잘 돌아가네요. CPU와 GPU를 구리 방열판이 덮고 있는 모양입니다. 

배터리를 분리하고 분해할 준비 중이네요. 

키보드의 상태입니다. 힌지쪽 좌우측 플라스틱이 손상된 상태입니다. 힌지 받침 플라스틱이 부러진 건 아니라서 사용상 지장은 없을 거 같네요. 

노트북 쿨러입니다. 

CPU와 GPU 근처의 회로와 소자입니다. 

노트북 소유자분께서 노트북 전문 수리점에 맡겨서 점검을 받아보셨지만, 수리 비용이 높아서 포기하고 자료만 빼고 폐기하셨습니다. 액정이나 키보드, 팬과 방열판, 무선랜카드 등은 재활용이 가능하지 않을까 싶네요. CPU와 VGA는 메인보드에 납땜된 상태라서 메인보드를 수리하지 않으면, 재활용하기가 쉽지 않을 듯 보입니다.

I took it apart because there are symptoms of defect as below. Caplock LED blinks 3 times and blinks 2 times. HP homepage's help says it's a memory related defect. Replacing and refitting memory does not solve the problem. I took a picture of the inside before disposal. 




When you take apart the laptop, it looks like the following. It looks a bit luxurious. Because the CPU is an i7 equipped laptop, it seems that the parts are well placed to ensure smooth power supply. 


The screws are well placed in one place. I put it in the same place to check the location when reassembling. 


This is what the laptop looks like inside. The cooler is working normally. The CPU and GPU appear to be covered by a copper heat sink. 


I'm getting ready to disconnect and disassemble the battery. 


The status of the keyboard. The left and right sides of the hinge are damaged. I don't think the hinge support plastic is broken, so it won't interfere with the use. 


This is a notebook cooler. 


Circuit and element near CPU and GPU. 


The owner of the laptop left it at a laptop repair shop for inspection, but the repair cost was high, so he gave up and discarded it except for the data. I think liquid crystal, keyboard, fan and heat sink, wireless LANCARD, etc. can be recycled. The CPU and VGA are soldered on the main board, so if the main board is not repaired, it won't be easy to recycle.
