ZOTAC Graphics Card Fan Noise Issue Dongtan Computer ・ Dec 17, 2025. 10:43 This is a ZOTAC graphics card with fan noise as shown above. Graphics card fans also develop noise after long-term use. First, I tried removing the fan blades and oiling them, but it didn't help. I am in the process of removing the existing fan, taking off the exterior cover, and separating the blades. I wiped off the old oil from the rotation shaft and applied new grease after removing debris. Since oiling didn't fix the issue, I discarded the old fan and replaced it with an 80mm case fan. Although it doesn't look pretty, it serves the same purpose and cools well. In fact, since there's more distance from the heatsink, it seems to provide smoother airflow. I used a DeepCool 80mm case fan. I secured it by driving two screws diagonally; four would be better, but I only used two to avoid breaking the plastic. The power was connected to the 3-pin fan header on the motherboard. The ZOTAC fan mod (80mm case fan) is complete. The original fan was an EVERFLOW T129215SH from 2016, so it was about time for it to fail. I don't provide this modification service, but I sell case fans separately. 索泰显卡风扇噪音故障 东滩电脑 ・ 2025. 12. 17. 10:43 这是一块出现上述风扇噪音的索泰显卡。显卡风扇使用久了也会产生噪音。首先我尝试拆下风扇叶片并上油，但无济于事。在拆卸原有风扇的过程中，我脱掉了显卡外壳并分离了扇叶。擦掉转轴上旧的油迹，清理杂质后补充了新的润滑脂。由于上油也无法改善故障，我报废了原有的显卡风扇，更换为 80mm 的机箱风扇。虽然外观不够美观，但作用与原风扇相同，散热效果良好。反而因为与散热片保持了一定距离，似乎能提供更顺畅的空气供应。我更换了九州风神 80mm 机箱风扇，通过对角线拧入两颗螺钉进行固定。虽然拧四颗更好，但担心塑料破裂所以只拧了两颗。电源连接到了主板的 3 针风扇接口上。索泰显卡风扇改造（80mm 机箱风扇）完成。原风扇型号为 EVERFLOW T129215SH，是 2016 年的产品，也该到故障的时候了。我不提供代改服务，但单独销售机箱风扇。只要有螺钉就能更换，请尝试自行动手。

ゾタック グラフィックボード ファン騒音不良 東灘コンピュータ ・ 2025. 12. 17. 10:43 上記のようなファン騒音があるゾタックのグラフィックボードです。グラボのファンも長く使うと騒音が発生します。まずファンの羽根を分離して油を差してみましたが、効果がありませんでした。既存のファンを分離している最中で、外観カバーを外して羽根を分離しました。回転軸の古い油を拭き取り、ゴミを除去してから新しいグリスを補充しました。油を差しても改善されない不良だったため、既存のファンは廃棄し、80mmのケースファンに交換しました。見た目は良くありませんが、元のファンと同じ役割を果たします。冷却は良好です。むしろヒートシンクとの距離が空いたことで、スムーズな空気供給ができると思われます。ディープクールの80mmケースファンに交換しました。対角線にネジを2本打って固定しました。4本打つのが理想ですが、プラスチックが割れる可能性があるため2本だけにしました。電源はマザーボードの3ピンファン端子に接続しました。ゾタック グラボファン改造（80mmケースファン）完了です。元のファンはEVERFLOW T129215SHで、2016年製なので寿命が来たようですね。上記の作業は代行しておらず、ケースファンは別途販売しています。ネジさえあれば交換可能なので、セルフで一度挑戦してみてください。
