노트북 키보드 자판이 안 눌러진다고 방문해주신 고객님의 노트북입니다. 노트북에 USB 키보드를 연결해서 테스트해본 결과 USB 키보드에서는 정상적으로 키가 눌러지고 노트북에 부착된 키보드는 안 눌러지는 증상이 있습니다. 키보드 불량입니다. 해당 키보드의 재고는 서비스센터를 방문해야 교체가 가능합니다. 일반적으로 동네 컴퓨터 매장에 해당 모델의 키보드를 보유하고 있을 확률은 0%에 수렴합니다. 해당 키보드를 교체하기 위해서는 제조사의 서비스센터로 방문하시는 것이 제일 좋고요. 노트북 키보드 교체 비용이 부담된다면, USB 키보드 또는 블루투스 키보드를 구입해서 사용하는 방법도 있습니다. (더 저렴함, 덜렁덜렁 들고 다녀야 해서 불편함, 실내에서만 사용한다면, 수리하기보다는 외장형 키보드를 사용할 거 같습니다.)  

점검 과정에서 제 USB 키보드를 연결하기 위해서 기존의 USB 리시버를 뽑았는데요. 위와 같은 형태로 뽑혔네요. USB 포트에 USB 껍질이 박힌 상태로 뽑혔습니다. 다시 잘 꽂으면 사용할 수 있습니다. USB 금속 껍질까지 제거하고 싶으시면, 롱로즈로 뽑으면 됩니다. 노트북의 전원은 끈 상태에서, 롱로즈를 철 껍질만 잡아서 뺍니다. 손가락에 박힌  가시 빼는 것처럼, USB 포트 안쪽에서 합선나지 않도록 롱로즈를 깊숙이 넣지 않습니다.

During the inspection process, I unplugged the existing USB receiver to connect my USB keyboard. It's the same shape as above. USB port was pulled out with a USB shell stuck in it. You can use it if you plug it back in well. If you want to remove the USB metal shell, you can pull it out with a long rose. With the laptop turned off, remove the long rose by grabbing the iron shell only. Do not put the long rose deep inside the USB port to prevent short circuits, such as pulling a thorn out of a finger.
